Superleagues offers a range of sports-based fantasy games, and other skill-based games via its website and accompanying mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms of Service for Superleagues ("Terms"), together with Superleagues's Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") and the Fair Play Policy (" Fair Play Policy"), govern the relationship between the users ("You") and Us. The Terms, Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, and Game Rules (collectively "Platform Policies") constitute a legally enforceable agreement between You and Superleagues under which You may view, access, or use the Platform and related services provided by Us ("Services"). Eligibility and Jurisdiction Regulations

• No one under the age of 18 may enter our contests.
• At the time of participation, only residents of India are eligible to enter the Contests.
• Some Indian states restrict contest entries to residents of those jurisdictions, in compliance with their laws. Currently, residents of the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are prohibited from registering or entering Superleagues.
• Each individual who intends to enter the Contests must have a valid email address.
• Participants will be eligible to participate and win contests only if they have registered on Superleagues and registered for contests before each round.

User Representations

Your information, whether at registration or afterward, should be complete and honest. You must check the legality of playing Cash Games in your jurisdiction before contributing cash to your user account or playing Cash Games. If you are not legally competent to enter into Indian Rupee transactions through banking channels in India and/or are not accessing any Portal from an authorized country, you cannot play Cash Games on the Portal. We can remove abusive, inappropriate, or indecent user-posted material. Our judgment binds you.

User Restrictions

Combating Cheating and Collusion:

You undertake to directly engage in all Games you have registered/joined and not rely on others. You may not add unauthorized components, build or use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any other third-party software that changes the Portal, or use any third-party software that intercepts, mines, or otherwise acquires information from or via the Portal or any Services. It's illegal to use foreign help. Cheating and teaming up with other Portal users to play Games is prohibited. We may restrict breaching user’s Portal and Service access. However, we reserve the right to use an appropriate alternative approach that the policy may not cover, and you agree to follow it in Superleagues.

Money Laundering:

You may not engage in any activity on the Portal that might be considered money laundering, including, but not limited to, withdrawing cash from new currencies contributed by credit cards or intentionally losing money to a specific player(s).

Anti-SPAMMING:

Sending SPAM emails or any other type of unsolicited contact to get registrations on the Portal to take advantage of our contests all programs or for any other reason is strictly banned.

Multiple IDs:

Your registration on the Portal is limited to a single user account, which you will use to access the Services offered on the Portal. You are banned from generating or using multiple user IDs while enrolling on the Portal. You may not create a login name or password or upload, distribute, transmit, publish, or post material through or on the Portal or through any service or facility, including any messaging facility, offered by the Portal, that:

• Is libelous, defamatory, obscene, intimidating, invading private information, abusive, illegal, or harassing.

The following payment methods are accessible to users: The User understands and accepts that all details and modalities of making payments via Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards ("Virtual Payment Mode") shall be individually controlled by arrangement(s) / terms and conditions between the User and the relevant banks. We are not liable for any Virtual Payment Mode responsibility (including any fraudulent transaction).

You realize, accept, and agree that our payment mechanism is not a financial service. Superleagues has the right to adjust Service prices at any moment without previous notice to the User. The User must comply with any changes.

Withdrawals

Account payee cheques or electronic bank-to-bank transfers can be used to withdraw winnings.
You agree to these terms for all withdrawals:

• Superleagues can request KYC papers at any time. KYC-compliant accounts can withdraw.
• Notify us to withdraw money from your user account at any time, subject to winning money withdrawal limits.
• After verifying the withdrawal request, we may release the stated amount by cheque or electronic transfer, depending on your withdrawal method.
• We may also disburse the payment on your financial instrument. If your bank account information is unavailable, the Company may require them to effectuate the refund/withdrawal.
• If your user account doesn't have enough to cover the processing fee, your withdrawal won't be completed.
• If the check is dishonored, we will not pay you. Reissuing the check will subtract processing fees.
• Due to verification and withdrawal transaction time, we will process your withdrawals quickly.
• Delayed user account payments will not be compensated.
• You must live in India and access Superleagues Services’s from India to win.

Consequences of Breach

If our investigation shows a breach of the Terms or if we reasonably believe, in our sole discretion, that your continued access to the Portal or any Website is damaging to Superleagues, our other users, or the general public, we may take any or all of the following actions:

• Limit collaborating or cheating games.
• Suspend your Portal account permanently.
• Forfeit your cash amount.
• Demand damages for breach and take necessary legal action to collect such damages.
• Prosecute law offenses.

Limitation of Liability

Superleagues makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, explicit or implied, regarding the contests and is not liable for:

• Any incorrect information, whether caused by Users, printing errors, or by any of the equipment, hardware, software, or programming associated with or used in connection with the contests.
• Technical errors, defects, delays, or failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunction, interruptions, or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware, or software.
• Digital or electronic disruptions, such as viruses.
• Unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking etc.,
• The technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the contest.
• Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the contest, accessing, copying, or downloading materials from Website or any other website.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions will be interpreted according to Indian law, according to the parties.

• The courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any Disputes (defined below) between the parties.
• Any disagreement resulting from these Terms and Conditions and the duties thereunder (each a "Dispute") will be settled amicably. Either party may give written notice of a Dispute to the other within 30 days of the incident that gave rise to it or the day the appropriate party became aware of it.
• The parties agree to hold the arbitration procedures in India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any legislative amendment or re-enactment thereof. The parties agree to have one arbitrator decide the Dispute Superleagues.
• Notwithstanding anything in this Clause, Superleagues may seek and obtain interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief or any other relief available to safeguard its interests before, during, or after the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same. Superleagues will not forgo its right to seek monetary damages through arbitration if it seeks equitable or injunctive relief.
