We will do everything we can to provide our users with the best experience possible. Here's what happens:

• Canceling a confirmed transaction is not possible once it has been confirmed. Players may cancel a transaction and receive a refund from Superleagues at its sole discretion.
• Players can cancel such payments by sending an email to Superleagues from their registered email address.
• After that, Superleagues will not be liable for refunds if a payment is made for participation in the paid versions of the Contests. Unless a cancellation request is received at least 2 days prior to the start of the round, no refund will be issued.
• After deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes, Superleagues may issue a refund to the player. Players may also be required to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, and these additional terms and conditions shall govern the transaction. There will be no conflict between the additional terms and conditions and the present terms and conditions whenever the additional terms and conditions conflict with the present terms and conditions
• In the same way that deposits are processed, refunds are also processed through the same method / financial instrument.
• We may process a refund within 5-7 working days after receiving it.
• All winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS"). Tax deduction certificates will be provided to winners. Winners are responsible for all other taxes, including income taxes etc.
• Superleagues reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
